Reasonably large rooms with facilities like climate control and multi-channel TV. A wide array of products for a rich breakfast.

When I am in Phitsanulok, I like staying here. It offers good service and rich and exceptionally nice breakfasts. The rooms are convenient, the location is marvellous.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, as it is conveniently situated in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the attractions and 

Staff are nice. Breakfast OK

Rooms, particularly the bathroom very dirty, black mould on tiles, filth on windows. Water stains on walls. Dirt and stains on light fittings. Not nice at all. Overpriced. Superior room it was not!

A good hotel, good rooms, Bad reception on the english tv chanels. A good selection of food for breakfast, both Thai and English. Wifi was poor most of the time in the bedroom, did not try downstairs in the main reception

Room carpet was old and deeply soiled. Replacement with tiles would be a big improvement.

Good value for money with pleasant staff. Convenient location near markets, temples, and train station. The room had a comfortable bed and hot water with basic but sufficient breakfast options available.

Old grouptour hotel. Desinterested staff. If you want to avoid the smell of 30 years you must book luxury room, nothing luxury but newly renovated
